For an organizational change project, I require a 3-5 year minimum contract.

GDFI is a set of four (half or full day) workshops in which participants explore their experiences of Boundaries, Authority, Role, and Task(BART) in their group and/or organization. GDF2 is a set of three workshops in which participants explore their experiences of Anxiety, Splitting/Projection/Introjection and Scapegoating/Othering in their group and/or organization.

Designed to be experienced sequentially. Approx. $2,500- $7,500 per workshop.

The Paradox Workshop Series is a set of twenty workshops (this includes both a “warm-up” and “cool-down” session) covering the fifteen paradoxes all groups and organization experience:

Belonging: Identity, Involvement, Individuality, and Boundaries

Engaging: Disclosure, Trust, Intimacy, and Regression

Speaking: Authority, Dependency, Creativity, and Courage

Scarcity/Abundance, Perception, and Power. (These three paradoxes are covered over the course of six workshops.)

During these workshops, I help participants surface and explore their experience of paradox(es) in their group and organization.

Designed to be experienced sequentially. Approx. $5,000- $15,000 per workshop.

A small group (8-13) meet once a week for 36 weeks to form a group. In the process, I help them navigate the paradoxical experience of their group dynamic. Ideal for a team looking for focused, intimate, and in-depth learning and growth.

Approx. $10,000-$50,000 per person.

I offer individuals and leaderships teams an opportunity to reflect, receive feedback, learn, and grow—a rich and fulfilling process of self (or group) discovery. Individual and team packages are 9 or 12 months.

Approx. $10,000-$15,000 for 1-on-1 coaching. $50,000-$80,000 for group coaching.
