Dillon Thomas Jones—Principal Consultant and Founder
Guided by his core values: courage, curiosity, and compassion, his purpose is to help people see all their choices.
For 15+ years, he’s helped individuals, groups, organizations, and communities navigate change by developing their capacity to embrace uncertainty and complexity.
As a consultant, his unique value lies in his ability to help his client(s) identify their deeply held wants and needs; and facilitate conversations they need and want to have.
His areas of practice are: Exit planning, succession planning and organizational culture. His preferred methods include: process consultation, meeting design and facilitation, coaching and experiential learning.
A Licensed Master of Social Work (LMSW), and Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA), Dillon holds masters degrees in Social Work and Nonprofit Leadership, from the University of Pennsylvania; and in Poetry Writing from the University of Pittsburgh.
In his free time, he volunteers with End Of Life Choices Oregon, practices bonsai, and, writes poetry.
