Fundamentals I is a set of four (half or full day) workshops in which participants explore their experiences of Boundaries, Authority, Role, and Task (BART) in their group and/or organization.
Fundamentals II is a set of three workshops in which participants explore their experiences of Anxiety, Splitting/Projection/Introjection, and Scapegoating/Othering in their group or organization.

In the Paradox Workshop Series, participants surface and explore their experience of the following paradoxes in their group:
Paradoxes of Belonging: Identity, Involvement, Individuality, and Boundaries
Paradoxes of Engaging: Disclosure, Trust, Intimacy, and Regression
Paradoxes of Speaking: Authority, Dependency, Creativity, and Courage
Paradoxes of Scarcity/Abundance; Perception; and Power.

In this experiential learning opportunity, a small group or team (8-13 people) meets once a week for 36 weeks to explore their group process and dynamic in order to improve communication and decision making.
