My process consists of three phases:
Creation of purpose and objectives
May include but is not limited to: Creation of coaching goals, personal history, performance reviews, conversations with supervisor and key staff, a leadership manifesto, a variety of reflective exercises.
Ongoing coaching & feedback
Implementation of the coaching plan. During this phase—and, really, throughout the process— I serve as a thought and accountability partner, helping my client(s) achieve their goals.
Termination
Reflection and summary of accomplishments, identification of next steps beyond the coaching engagement.
Individual and team packages are typically 9 or 12 months.
I specialize in designing workshops that help participants explore their team or organization’s group dynamic.
My interactive workshops include exercises, games, simulations, and small and large group activities—tailored to address your team or organization’s needs.
My goal is to facilitate opportunities for participants to engage in individual and collective learning.
